Tom-I've heard you demonstrate the 20"K crash/ride and the Ludwig Blue Pearl drums. I like your playing very much, you're a real pro. I hope to meet you sometime and hear you play live as I've read your bio and your impressive credentials. Good Luck always and keep it happenin'.

Thanks for breaking-in my new Bosphorus Master Vintage cymbals. After watching you play the 24-inch, and the 18 in, I bought both. I like your style, and just came across your site. Best of luck, and Happy Thanks-giving. Will try to check out a gig whenever I'm in the area.
Thanks,
-Tom Brown

Tom- attended a BMW Bike Rally at Pickwick Lake in October. The band featured a guy named Steve Clark. I didn't get a chance to talk to him, but he has to be related to the Steve we know.

Still in Nashville.

Great Website Tom! The first time I saw you play was with "The Trantulas" in Paris, at Ogburn Park...must have been around 1966 or so. I'm thinking I was there with my friend Mark Ross (Steve's little brother). It was my first real exposure to 'live' rock n roll! I went onto have a long career drumming in Nashville. Thanks for keping the faith!!

Hey Tom, long time no see. Last time I saw you was when you were playing Huey's downtown and The Black Diamond. Looks like all is well, I talk to Claire every so often and I miss Tom and working at Tom's Store something awful. He would always look at me and say Chad, one of these days you are gonna go far, just remember to fill up with gas first. I sometimes ease to Memphis to see Steve Clark and his new group occasionally. Maybe I'll run into you sometime. Hope all is well. Chad

I enjoyed your website. Nice photos, especially the photo of you with your first drum. Mine was a red sparkle 3-piece set of Sears Silvertone drums.
Keep smilin' and see you at Buns!

Lasting memory: Tommy Lonardo orchestrating lightning and thunder during a storm in junior high.

Looks like you made it! I'll try to catch you sometime when I'm in Memphis.

Golly gee, I just love your website. It was nice of Bo Diddley to play for The LONARDO Band. Isn't the base drum usually reserved for the name of the act, not the drummer? I love the hippy photos. Some day I want to be like you.
